Refund Policy

At Turps Wood Design, all of our products are handmade to order with care and precision. Due to the bespoke nature of many of our items, our refund policy is outlined below.

Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Most of our products are made to order. As such, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once production has begun.

However, if you contact us quickly after placing an order, and work has not yet started, we may be able to cancel and refund your purchase — please get in touch as soon as possible.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.

We will either:

  • Offer a replacement,

  • Arrange a repair, or

  • Issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

All issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of putting things right.

Returns

Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged goods. We do not accept returns on custom-built or made-to-measure products unless there is a manufacturing fault.

You are responsible for ensuring there is appropriate access for delivery and installation — refunds will not be issued where delivery cannot be completed due to access issues not previously disclosed.
