All our items are handmade and made to order unless otherwise stated.
Product descriptions, dimensions, and photos are provided as accurately as possible but may vary slightly due to the nature of handcrafted goods and timber variations.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly.
Full payment is required to confirm your order.
We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods provided at checkout.

We offer delivery throughout Cornwall and across the UK.
Delivery charges apply and will be calculated based on your location.
Collection is available by prior arrangement and is free of charge.

As our products are handmade, lead times may vary. Estimated delivery or build times will be provided upon order.
We aim to meet all stated timeframes but cannot guarantee exact dates due to demand and weather conditions.

As most of our items are made to order, returns are only accepted if the product is faulty or damaged.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has already started, we may be unable to offer a refund.

All products are built using pressure-treated timber to maximise lifespan.
To maintain your items, we recommend re-treating timber annually.
Our warranty covers structural faults for 12 months from the delivery date, but does not include wear and tear, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
